A comprehensive rack of dumbells and machines to cater for all levels whether your a professional bodybuilder or complete beginner.
Choose your aerobic machine from treadmills, cross steppers & spin cycles. There is also a selection of machines to really strengthen the legs.
Free weights, free weight machines, adjustable height crossover cable machine and Smith machine amongst the array of machines.
The corridor room links all the rooms, reception and facilities, maximising the use of the wide space we have installed machines along this section.
At Absolute Fitness reception along with a welcoming smile you will find a wide assortment of pre or post workout supplements available.
Two showers rooms, 2 changing rooms, male toliet, female toilet, disabled toilet and lockers are available at Absolute Fitness.
